TERMS & CONDITIONS
Services
EcoGrave provides design, supply, and installation of memorial enhancements using Millboard. Service availability may vary depending on cemetery regulations and site conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure all permissions, permits, and written approvals from the cemetery or burial authority are obtained prior to installation. EcoGrave cannot proceed without confirmation of approval.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required to secure materials and installation dates. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Installation Conditions
Installations may be affected by weather, site access, or cemetery rules. EcoGrave reserves the right to reschedule work when necessary to ensure safety and quality.
Materials & Warranty
Millboard products include manufacturer warranties. EcoGrave is not responsible for damage caused by vandalism, ground movement, cemetery maintenance equipment, or neglect.
Liability
EcoGrave is not liable for losses resulting from service delays, third-party restrictions, or decisions made by cemetery authorities.
Intellectual Property
All designs, text, photography, and branding belong to EcoGrave unless otherwise stated.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits
Deposits paid to secure materials or installation dates are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels before materials are purchased, deposits may be refunded at EcoGrave’s discretion. Cancellations after materials are ordered will incur charges based on costs already committed.
Installation Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed installations unless a clear defect in workmanship is identified. Issues caused by cemetery maintenance, vandalism, weather, or misuse are not covered.
Changes to Orders
Alterations requested after work has begun may incur additional charges.
